CHOKER ÖRNEK

The debut collection is an homage to the strength of women and features the ‘Örnek,’ a national Crimean Tatar ornament and one of the oldest cultural treasures of indigenous people of Crimea.In 2021, the Örnek and its associated knowledge were inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists.

Each element of this collection carries profound symbolism: almonds signify youthful beauty, roses represent the blossoming woman, and thorns are embroidered to ward off the evil eye.
